2015 Internship Day 12: Stars and space forever

Tuesday July 21 was a long but exciting day. I worked on compiling more pictures of stars, and did that for a while, but around six o'clock me and Leander went to the lobby of the Carlson building and accompanied the interns and some REU students to the Mees Observatory. We got some subs from Amelie's and then headed to the observatory. We looked at Saturn, the Moon, and a few star clusters. I really enjoyed it, and had a lot of fun looking at all the stars. I had never seen that many stars before, and it was really amazing. I hope I get to go there again, and star gaze again.
